Lillian is thrilled to join Second City for this term’s Writing 6 performance! She previously performed improv in Beijing with a wonderful group of international performers. Now in Chicago, Lillian is very grateful to be able to work with Corey and the amazing writers and actors! When she’s not acting, she enjoys cooking, reading, and playing board games. Lillian holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from Beijing Film Academy.
Lily is ecstatic to be performing in A Penny for Your Intrusive Thoughts. She is currently in The Second City’s Conservatory program, and performs sketch and improv around the city. Lily holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Western Carolina University, and loves to perform on both stage and screen. When she isn’t working at (and complaining about) her day job, she can be found giggling, sleeping, and taking walks that her friends call “too long”. Lily wants to thank the Writing 6 Team for trusting her with their incredible work, Corey for being an amazing director, and Brian for helping her through music rehearsal.
Charlotte is super thrilled to join The Second City again for another round of Writing 6 Productions! Charlotte was last seen as an ensemble member in A Spoonful of Cynicism. Charlotte is a local Chicago actor in the area, but hails from Houston, Texas. When Charlotte is not acting she enjoys crafting, cooking, and kayaking. Charlotte would like to thank the writers for trusting her to bring their words to life, and Corey for leading this comedic ship! Charlotte would also like to thank her family and friends for their constant support.
Sydney is delighted (she looked up a synonym for “thrilled”) and very grateful to be in another Second City Writing 6 production with such an amazing cast of actors, talented writers, and our fantastic director, Corey. Sydney was last seen as an ensemble member in Nobody Runs in my Family. She just began the Conservatory Program at Second City, and when she’s not here, you can find her performing around Chicago with her improv group, Stolen Valor, doing twoprov with Peas in a Pod, and occasionally doing stand-up. When she is not acting, she is writing, running, reading, or giving herself an impulsive haircut. Sydney would like to thank her family and friends for their continuous support.
Jason is thrilled to be back on stage at Second City for this term's Writing 6 show! Recently, he's been channeling his creative energy into performing, directing, and writing sketches for various YouTube channels. A native of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, Jason moved to Chicago a year ago to dive deeper into his improv journey. When not under the spotlight, he's either hitting the gym or making waves with a good swim. Jason holds dual degrees in Applied Statistics and Theater from Duke University, blending analytical and artistic skills in his performances. As a fun fact, Jason loves languages and knows Japanese, Russian and Back slang
Madeline is thrilled to make her Second City debut! Her sketch comedy journey began while performing in her business school sketch comedy musical. Yes. You read that right. She is beyond grateful to be a part of this cast and to work with these incredible writers and Corey. Recent film credits include: A Real Lady Killer (upcoming), Mixed Signals, and Year One. When she is not acting, Madeline is most likely singing, nerding out about movies or psychology, or playing in a mini golf league. Madeline holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Princeton University in English and Theatre. So much love to friends and family!
Casey is thrilled to be making his Second City sketch debut. He recently completed Improv 5 at Second City and is beginning the Conservatory and Musical Improv Conservatory programs. He has also been featured in Coached Ensembles and can be found performing around Chicago with [REDACTED]. Outside of comedy, Casey is keeping track of all the books he reads in 2024, and he is soliciting recommendations. He is also training for his third half marathon. Big thanks and huge dancing pecs to all of the writers, all of the actors, Corey, and Jimmy Ray’s baked goods.
